• I personally design and illustrate all products in my shop.

• All products are printed locally in Los Angeles, either in my own studio or by an eco-friendly commercial printer.

• Greeting cards are printed on 100% recycled paper, with envelopes made of 30% recycled paper.

• Packaging is either printed locally in Los Angeles or provided by vendors with sustainable practices and products. I strive to be as plastic-free as possible.

• I am committed to donating 1% of my annual profit to environmental organizations and initiatives, which I share in an end-of-year recap for those interested, in my newsletter Design Forager

• All orders will be shipped within 2-5 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on package weight and destination.

• You will be notified once your order has shipped and provided with a tracking number.

• I gladly accept returns exchanges, as long as the product is unused and returned in its original condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use tracking for your return shipment, as I cannot refund a product I do not receive.

• Refunds will be provided via the original form of payment.
